Knute Dohnberg

Knute Dohnberg has been specializing in investment/commercial sales and leasing for over 26 years. After nine very successful years in ski resort marketing and management, Knute, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, started his real estate career in 1981 with the Investment Division of A. E. LePage in downtown Toronto.London, Ontario N6C 4P6 With two years' experience under his belt, he came back to his hometown and started an 11 year stint with Canada Trust Commercial (now known as C.B. Richard Ellis). During those years, Knute learned and became experienced in every facet of the business - from power of sale plazas to apartment building investment sales to land assemblies to small industrial leases and, as a result, enjoyed numerous award-winning years of productivity. Knute rejoined Royal LePage in 1994 and now specializes in Commercial Investment Sales and Commercial Leasing; especially concentrating on Condo Townhouse and Apartment Sales in the greater London area, but also active in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Guelph-Cambridge and Windsor markets. As well, he also offers consulting and market analysis for companies looking to locate in the greater London region. Subsequent to a number of very successful years, he attained the Associate Vice President designation in the year 2000. Knute has made a great effort to get involved in the community in which he lives (London) and in which he plays (Beaver Valley Ski Club). He is past Chair of the Transportation Committee of the London Chamber of Commerce and is in his 9th year as a Director of the Greater London International Airport Authority. Holding a CSIA Level IV ski pro certification, Knute is very active in ski teaching and coaching at the Beaver Valley Ski Club and, in the summer, is the President of the B. V. Tennis Club. In 1999, he was inducted into the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance “Hall of Fame” in recognition of his 30 years of effort in promoting ski instruction in the Province of Ontario. Knute, his spouse, Darlene, and their son, Erik, reside in the "Old South" area of London.
