Ron Postian is a life long Londoner who is committed to helping the City of London grow, both economically and culturally.London, Ontario N6C 4P6 Canada Born in downtown London, he and his family have deep roots in, and a strong commitment to, the City of London. His wife Sue, graduated with a Masters Degree in Education and is a Secondary School teacher and guidance counselor; in her spare time she enjoys golf. Ron has two daughters; Pam who graduated with an MBA and now lives in Toronto and is the owner and C.E.O. of the Ladies Executive Network and the Jeffery Group. Ron’s second daughter Melissa, graduated with her BA in Geology and now teaches math and science in the Adult Education Program with the Vancouver School Board. Ron is also proud of his valued assets; his two grandsons! Ron has been a successful downtown London businessman for over 45 years and has an enduring relationship with local business people, which has proven to be an invaluable asset in his real estate career. Ron has a solid business background at the local and international level. In addition to a successful real estate career, he is a past vice-president of both the London Downtown Business Association and the Jr. Chamber of Commerce and has been politically active at the municipal, provincial and federal governments senior levels for many years. Ron’s high level of commitment to his community is immeasurable. He has always accepted the personal responsibility to give back to his community with both his time and his proven abilities in order to help Londoners of all walks of life. Ron is one of the original founders of London’s Santa Claus Parade, now a 50 year tradition in our City! He has been an active supporter of the London Symphony Orchestra, Theatre London, the London Art Gallery and many charities like the Canadian Cancer Society and the Salvation Army. Ron has sat on many boards such as the Advisory Board of a National Bank, Public Trade Companies and several Private Boards. Ron specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, and has been involved in projects ranging from office buildings, residential subdivisions, development lands and commercial plazas to golf courses.
